They asked that the cutesy 40s card be updated a bit, but still kind of ironic. So since not everybody is a web developer, CSS="cascading style sheet" determines stuff like what color your links are on a website, etc. and you put it on HTML="hypertext markup language" which is the body of the site itself. In a nutshell.
