Holidays all week

Hello friends!

How was your holiday?  Ours was very nice, thank you for asking - really relaxing.

I spent the day reading Dick Tracy cartoons, drinking soy egg nog, eating a Terry's chocolate orange (Xmas tradition for me) and roasting acorn squash with maple sugar.

We watched Pee Wee's Christmas Special (I won it in the family grab - score!), but sadly, couldn't find our copy of "A Muppet Christmas Carol".  But Albert Finney was a good substitute, and we watched "Scrooge" instead.

Then we drove around to look at people's houses all decked out in lights.

My family got us some lovely cookware, which I didn't take any pictures of - but we can't wait to start using it.  What should we make??

And BIG thank you to everyone who sent us Christmas cards this year! SO appreciated!
