Elaine taught me how to make hollandaise sauce last week.
As I grabbed my chest in horror, she slowly melted an ENTIRE STICK OF BUTTER and added TWO egg yolks into the sauce pan.
Oh. My. GOD.
But who cares, you only live once and my cholesterol is super low.
