scottish salmon with neeps + tatties

we addressed the haggis (when it arrived at the table)

Trips to the flea market and a lovely time at our first Burn's Night,
including some fine Scotch whiskey (some would say too much) and
ginger bread pudding with confectioners sugar, and good conversation.

a memory I'll keep for a long time :)

  1. How does haggis taste like? Because I read some comments on the internet that it wasn't very pleasant tasting. Is it true?

    In the second photo are those trays or dishes? Either way they look super cute.
